He was an actor of the State Theater named after Lado Meskhisvili in Kutaisi in 1954-1956, and an actor of the State Academic Theater named after Kote Marjanishvili in Tbilisi in 1956-1957. He worked at the Sukhumi Theater in 1957-1959, and from 1959 he returned to the Tbilisi State Academic Theater named after Kote Marjanishvili.
