Mehveş Topçuoğlu, born in 2002, is a Turkish illustrator, animator, and animated filmmaker currently based in New York City, pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts. She made her directorial debut with her first animated short film “Echo”, which has been screened and awarded at numerous national and international film festivals.
