Shruti Haasan (born 28 January, 1986) is an Indian actress, playback singer, and musician who predominantly works in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi cinema. She is the daughter of actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika Thakur.
After working as a child playback singer and making a brief appearance in *Hey Ram* (2000), she made her adult acting debut in the Hindi action thriller *Luck* (2009).
